RAW Chia Porridge

In my last post I mentioned my raw chia porridge breakfast meal with the nut creme. I had such a response from people wanting the recipe here it is for you! It is so easy to make, literally seconds, ready to go. Just a little prep the night before and the next morning you are ready to go. A little preparation before hand will make for a healthy breakfast that will keep you satisfied for hours.IMG_20130529_103952


1/4 cup whole oats

1/2 cup filtered water

1 tbsp. chia seeds

Place all ingredients in your ladyship blender the night before and let it soak. The next morning when you are ready to eat, turn on your ladyship  on auto and blend to a creamy delicious porridge. Top with what ever you like, my favourite is blueberries a spoonful of nut creme or coconut yoghurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon. YUM!!!
